MANAGING DIRECTOR

Who we are: Eth-Noh-Tec is an Asian American kinetic storytelling non-profit theater company based in San Francisco and  founded in 1981 by Nancy Wang and Robert Kikuchi-Yngojo. Eth-Noh-Tec presents several performing  programs, workshops and offers an array of cultural products. We’re looking for a Managing Director to support and guide us as we bring our art to the next level. 

Who you are: You are tech savvy and excited about exploring and creating opportunities for virtual performance art. You have a passionate commitment to the arts, to uplifting diverse voices, and to building cross-cultural communities. Ideally, you are based in the Bay Area or on the west coast and have connections with the Asian American and/or storytelling community. You are flexible, like people and have a sense of humor!

Managing Director Position: Reporting to the Co-Directors in a key leadership role that ensures the  implementation of the organization's strategic priorities. With a focus on organizational strategy, health, and  sustainability, the Managing Director is responsible for operations, publicity, strategic partnerships and ensuring the effectiveness of all cross-functional operations.
