Eth-Noh-Tec X CAIR: Current Climate KYR (Know Your Rights)

Please join Eth-Noh-Tec and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) on October 16, 2025 from 5-7 PM for a report on the Current Climate around racial and religious discrimination as well as a Know Your Rights training. 

CAIR counsels, mediates and advocates on behalf of Muslims and Others who have experienced religious discrimination, defamation or hate crimes. The department works to protect and defend the constitutional rights of American Muslims, thereby supporting the rights of all Americans.

Participants will come away with an understanding of our current political landscape and what legal tools we have at our disposal to protect the most vulnerable among us. We will also have a better sense of how to be in solidarity with our Muslim neighbors in this very precarious time, which can easily be applied to what is happening for many immigrants subjected to ICE raids.
